Windtrek Ventures LLC was created as an urban renewal investment group focusing primarily on the restoration of prime housing areas near downtown Raleigh, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
We are a family-owned business seeking opportunities to both rebuild and restore homes that offer modern appeal in older, established neighborhoods.

Our mission is to create exceptional-quality modern housing options in high-appeal areas throughout downtown Raleigh and the Triangle area. We carry a diverse portfolio of real estate investments including commercial real estate partnering with local commercial real estate developers.

We partner with CW Realty exclusively for our real estate acquisition, listing, and selling. Habitat Improvement and Urban Builders LLC partners as a co-investor, designer, and builder.
